I just got back from a four-day getaway with my fiancé Kris.
We rented a beautiful condo beside the Okanagan Lake in British Columbia, Canada!
It’s always good to get away and reflect on your life when you’re in a different environment.
I’ve always known that one of my top values is my spiritual connection and also freedom. So I took the weekend to delve deeper into where I’m playing small with my life and what my soul is calling me to create next.

It sucked.
I wanted this video to be perfect and make you happy. I realized I was putting all this pressure on myself and wasn’t trusting the process!

Trusting The Universe

Trusting the universe requires us to release control and surrender into the moment.
Surrendering can be hard.
Surrendering can be scary.
And yet, surrendering is the only way to have direct experience with source energy.
When you trust the universe, you find yourself experiencing deeper states of joy, abundance, and well-being.
