I going to share with you a very simple SECRET to manifesting anything you desire that most people don’t understand.

Soooooo here’s the deal. We’re going to explore the paradigm of Be. Do. Have.
Nine years ago when I was twenty-five years of age I took my last $3,000 and invested it into my first mentor and coaching program. This gentlemen’s name was John Assaraf and I learned from him for three years. He said something to me I’ll never forget.
“If you’re committed to living your passion you’ll do what it takes. If you’re interested you’ll do what’s convenient.”
I thought hmmmmmm. The person I was choosing to BE was out of alignment with what I desired to HAVE. I was “Interested” in living my passion and fitting it around with convenience.
I was BEing someone who…
Worried
Doubted
Second guessed
Lacked confidence
People pleased
And gave away my power
Can you relate?
From that day forward I got committed to living my passion and helping others. Even though at the time I was working in construction and hated it. I would spend my evenings and weekends obsessed with working on my personal development AND taking action to create a business around my passion.
A lot of people have excuses, aren’t committed to their process, or choose to do things with their time that won’t move them forward.
It really comes down to aligning your VALUES with your PRIORITIES. Most people’s priorities are all out of whack.
If you want to create a business around your passion you have to DEEPLY DESIRE IT. You have to sincerely CARE about other people achieving what they desire.
How many success stories do you need to help create for others in order to create your own?
Today you have a choice if you want to up-level and play BIGGER or stay where you’re at in life.

Kris and I had a fantastic week. It was VERY busy during the week with calls and business, but on the weekend we had a lot of fun.
Have you ever been to a pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkin? This is our second year doing it and it’s really fun. A much better way than just purchasing one at the grocery store!
Of course Kris found the PERFECT one for her. The weekend was so refreshing just to enjoy life a little. I’ve been so stacked for time with training and business. Know what I mean?
Plus I have my 5th race this year in a week! A 13.1 Half Marathon.
If anything, while you’re journaling this week make sure to fit in some FUN. It’s one of the best ways to quickly shift your vibration. But you still want to be doing the inner work along your journey, and that’s your homework for this week!
After a 3 hour bike ride of training in the morning I met Kris for coffee at JJ Bean. It’s a GREAT coffee shop and their muffins are outstanding. If you’re ever in Vancouver, Canada visit them! Our chose was a dark roast coffee and a chocolate zucchini walnut muffin.
The morning ride was TOUGH. I like to call it, “blissful pain.” The ride ended up being 52 miles and I burnt about 2,700 calories. I’m coming into this race the best shape of my life, at 33! Here’s a shot from my morning ride as I passed over a bridge. This was about two hours in.
Back to the pumpkin patch. What’s really fascinating is that Kris and I did not plan this quick trip to the pumpkin patch! It was a spontaneous spur of the moment deal. It really made my day. Just having that moment of doing something that was not planned!
OMG the colours at this farm were amazing. I hope you can see it in the pictures. In person everything was vibrant orange and bright green.
The experience was refreshing, check out these colours!
Of course Kris had to break out the funny faces. One thing you’ll learn about her…..IS THAT SHE’S HILARIOUS. She makes me laugh so much. It’s her goofy faces, perverted humour and easy going attitude that always bring a smile to my face. I’m a lucky man!
