i have also heard that over 90% what we are accumulating on a daily basis is negative!

its in the newspaper, friends, news, family members, employer, colleagues, self talk etc... we get just overwhelmed with negative information.
fact is that once we are in a particular mindset its not easy to change it. it will need consequence, willpower and clarity

your attitude towards thinking is the right way to change the negative self talk!!!

Sometimes I forget and find myself getting into a funk due to the normal stresses of the day but once I check my thoughts and purposely go to bed turning those negative thoughts into positive ones (whether I feel it or not), and wake up in the morning repeating my resolve, eventually my body will respond and my mood changes to one of more energy and revitalization. It may take a few days of this but it does work!</description>
