I firmly believe what you are saying. I myself wouldn’t have got off the ground if it wasn’t for my peers. I just hope I can be as supportive as they have been throughout my life!
I find this works with what I do in my business relationships and it works both ways. People who empower you are just as important as the people you empower. And eventually it does all come back around.

Great points. Awhile back I read a book called How I Raised Myself from Failure to Success in Selling by Frank Bettger, and the most important thing I took away from it was that people will always welcome you when you are someone who lets people know that you believe in them and expect them to be a great success. I can tell from your great blog that you are one of those people.
