So over the past week I’ve had a ton of people ask me what is this one sheet of paper I carry with me. Most people are completely thrown off when I tell them it’s my Daily Results Planner. “Your daily what?” It’s a simple sheet that I use everyday to plan my day from start to finish.
I am a HUGE believer in focus and intention. I’ve used this sheet for years now either early in the morning or late at night. I’ll go through and setup my day if you will. Instead of having everything sit inside your head, it’s best to get it out on paper and get the intention in writing….Trust me, you’ll be AMAZED at what you achieve in the day…
Check this out everyone, here it is:
It’s really that simple. Planning is such a common attribute amongst highly successful people in the world. Be sure to give it a test run and see how it works for you!
All my best,

PS: If you feel this would help others please RE-TWEET and FACEBOOK it up! Cheers everyone!

Love this video Ryan! This is such a simple thing to do, yet so powerful. You will actually see results in your day if you lay the “to do” items out! Beautiful!
Thank you for sharing

I just wanted to stop by and say how much I love this post. I’ve just recently started making my own daily list of things I have to accomplish and I’ve been pleasantly surprise by how much smoother my days have gone.
Though I that I like your format much better and I think I’m going to incorporate your system into what I’ve already been doing.
Thanks for the awesome post Ryan!

Hey Angel,
Great to hear! And by the way congrats on already applying this in your life. It’s a pretty simple format but it works extremely well.
I checked out your blog too, looks sharp! I’ll be swinging by to read some content you’ve got there too!

Jeez Ryan, you certainly are a high productivity individual! I’m going to try your paper method tomorrow; I usually try to use my Google calendar from my DROID and maintain a daily to-do list on my board at home, but it is waaay too easy to just not use them. I feel like your method would actually work for me.
Thanks!

PS Nice kitchen bro! lol.

haha, thanks Garrett.
I used to use all kinds of gadgets to keep track of my day but I found the same thing.
Try the paper and have it sit by your computer every morning. I’m telling you, it’s so simple but it works wonders.
Cheers man!

Hey Ryan
This is great. Tools like this are so important to have and to use. I too do something similair as you do. And again I like doing it the night before but if not frst thing in the morning.
What I like to do is not quite as structured as you. I take my top 5 or 6 things that I am going to do that day and I write them down on a small piece of paper. Then as I do them I scratch them off the list. I also leave room on the bottom because things might come up like you said that are urgent or need to get done. Then at the end of the day, the sheet gets recycled.
Great post Ryan and great video. Totally retweeting this.
