What comes to your mind when you hear the word Mentorship? I can share with you that having mentors is critically important in life and business. Think about this for one second, is there anyone on planet earth who has achieved what you want? If so, then find a way to position yourself around that person.
Think about who you are hanging around with now. Are the five people you invest the most time with on a daily basis empowering you?
Jim Rohn has a great quote that goes like this; “we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with”.
So, who are you spending your time with?
If you’re not surrounding yourself with people who are uplifting and empowering you, then who are you hanging around with? There are three people I chat with on a weekly basis inside this episode that I truly admire.
You want to surround yourself with people who inspire and coach you to take the scary steps that lead to positive growth and change in your life.
Check out episode three right now. Also notice what my crazy dog Hudson decided to do at the end…
Finding a mentor is extremely easy. In fact, a lot of highly successful people are wanting to share how they did it with an open minded student.
You’d be surprised how many people will contact you once you put the question out there.
If you want to start growing personally and professionally then I STRONGLY suggest you start getting your head in the game. Online or Network Marketing is no different than any other business.
You have to be passionate about what you do, surround yourself with great leaders, and take daily action.
If you enjoyed this post please share your thoughts! Who is currently mentoring you? Are you having a challenge finding a mentor? Let’s do a bit of masterminding and come up with some great ideas!

I am in LOVE with Hudson! lol! What a great video Ryan! I love how you brought about the point of mentoring! I know that has been a real game changer for me, and the weeks when I don’t connect with those people that I consider my mentors are the weeks that usually nothing happens for me in my business! Kind of goes hand in hand!

Ryan,
That video was Rockin’ man and I love the new look of your blog too bro!
It’s absolutely critical to have a mentor if you wanna make it BIG in this industry. We’re all gonna have blind spots and that’s where a mentor comes in to play as well as a TON of other ways.

Ryan-
Mentorship changed my life, and now I’m in the position to give back, which is an awesome experience I know you understand!
One of the best explanations is in Think and Grow Rich, where Napoleon Hill actually visualized his own group of “invisible counselors,” made up of the 9 men he most admired, and began “meeting” with them nightly.
His purpose was to rebuild his own character. He asked each one for help in their area of expertise –Mr. Lincoln for justice and patience; Mr. Carnegie for an understanding of organized effort; Mr. Darwin for an ability to see cause and effect; and from Mr. Paine for freedom of thought, and so forth. These “meetings” became so real, and the men took on such personalities that Hill discontinued the “meetings” for several months.
Regardless of your method, get the answers you need by asking your Mentors who have gone where you want to go and accomplished the things you most desire… so you can make your life what you want it to be!

That is so freakin cool. I’ve heard of virtual masterminds before. Accessing the quantum field where time doesn’t exist. Thanks for sharing that Nicholas.
We’ve got to chat bro. I don’t believe in all of our dealings we’ve ever chatted over the phone!

Ry, My worldly mentors, first and foremost, are the doggies and kitties. I noticed that Hudson is your numero uno advisor.
Way to be in-touch with the Intelligence of Nature.
Your videos are so fun to watch. Feel like I’m there with you. Thanks for taking me along da Ride!

Hey Ryan,
I loved your post & your video!
Mentors and partners play a huge role in my business. They provide guidance, resources, direction and inspiration. I always feel so empowered after having a great conversation with a partner or coach.
There are sooooooo many altruistic leaders with incredible wisdom out there, and reaching out for advice and inspiration is an absolute booster for personal development and business success alike. Learning first hand from great entrepreneurs and leaders is also the best way to become great mentors ourselves.
Thanks for a great post! I look forward to continue reading your blog!
