Yep, you heard that right! I just finished doing a Katie Freiling Interview. So last week I had this awesome intuitive hit to reach out and see if Katie Freiling was up to doing an interview! Well wouldn’t you know see agreed and here we are today! I wanted to share with you what I went through in order to line this interview up…

I was busy cleaning up the dishes in the kitchen when I suddenly had this AWESOME intuitive hit to ask Katie Freiling to do an interview. I immediately stopped everything that I was doing and quickly ran over to the computer to fire Katie off a Facebook message.

I was SUPER pumped and excited just thinking of the idea to doing this.

Within a couple days Katie got back to me saying she’d love to! I was elated to hear the great news! I had so many cool questions that I wanted to ask her that I knew would help tons of people in similar situations.

As the interview date rolled closer, I was kind of getting nervous! I knew this was something I NEEDED to move through in order to grow. But you know all those feelings of fear can creep in.

On the day I interviewed Katie I was ready! Notes set, questions ready to go, and background information to share with people where she came from.

Everything was good! I was still feeling a bit nervous, but I was ready to go.

This has been such a great lesson how stepping out of your comfort zone is KEY from growing as an individual.

What’s the Secret to following your intuition and LIVING your passion? It’s actually pretty simple, and I’ll get right into it. But first I want to share you a story on how I started applying what I’m about to teach you. It’s super important so sit back, relax and enjoy the story and video!

Ever since I was young I would questions why we are here. In fact, I remember asking my mother at a really young age, “can god hear our thoughts?” I was always trying to figure out what this was all about. Why are we here? What is the purpose of this planet?

I remember feeling like a piece of me was missing and that there was something I was placed on this earth to do. But yet I didn’t know what it was, and I felt like I was just drifting along in life.

Well that was all about to change….

During the summer of 2007, I managed to stumble upon something that would change my life FOREVER. Something that started as a business transaction, and would lead to a lifelong friendship.

I had attended a personal development speaking engagement that had a whole slue of top leaders. Out of all of them there was one that I TOTALLY resonated with. So that day I got involved with my first mentor and started solving answers to the questions I had as a child.

Since that day I’ve been able to alight myself with following my intuition and setting myself on the path of living my passion. I’ve been able to understand more than ever about how this world operates and more importantly, how to tap into the flow of life.

I wanted to share with you how you can do that and REALLY start living your life with Passion and Purpose.

If you asked the majority of people on this planet, how many of them TRULY believe they are doing what they love? My guess, less than 98% of them.

After having my own life open up, I believe everything is abundant in this life and that whatever you want to achieve its possible for you when you’re on the right path.

Don’t you think so?

Honestly, you know EXACTLY when you’re in the flow of life, and when you’re struggling against it.

Take some time today to reflect on your life and see if you’re on track or off, from what you want. You can easily start living a value based life when you make the decision to.

Want to be in the flow like Eckhart Tolle? First off I just have to say WOW. When you’re in harmony with the flow and rhythm of life everything just “clicks”. Know what I mean?

A couple weeks ago a friend of mine – Tone Floreal, suggested we meet up and get some video footage. So I totally just went with it and had the great privilege of getting some footage shot the other day.

After chatting it up with Tone for several hours I realized, MAN, he is in the FLOW! Seriously, for what he’s been able to achieve in his life and the person he’s been able to become is truly inspiring.

I think it’s important to remember that business can get BUSY. We all experience it. In fact, sometimes the amount of information we’re inundated with can become totally overwhelming.

Tone has a great approach of staying present, while finding a balance between applying and learning new information. I can assure you this wisdom and insights are outstanding!

I really want to encourage you to connect with Tone. If you didn’t already realize, he’s the “real deal”. A totally congruent person who genuinely cares about other people.

What I can share with you is that when you Raise Your Own Vibration, you begin to ATTRACT people who are vibrating at higher levels too.

So every Saturday morning I do a training with the company I work with. Since I am extremely passionate about Mindset I thought of the idea of doing a blog post on ways to help grow your business starting with having a successful mindset.

Don’t you love it when you get new great ideas?

Man it’s the best, that’s when you know you’re on the right path. It’s pretty amazing what we can accomplish if were open and receptive to new ideas that will impact other people’s lives in a positive light.

1. What beliefs do you need to achieve success in your business?

Try this for one second. Think about the person and lifestyle you live today…now compare that to the person and lifestyle you want to be living.

Is there a difference?

If there is contrast then you need to determine what set of beliefs do you need fill that gap.

If you’re in network marketing and have a belief money is the root of all evil, how to you think that plays a role on your ability to earn more money? Especially since you’d own a residual income business!

If you have a set of beliefs that empowered you,  how do you think it would impact your ability to grow your business and have the confidence and certainty other people would feel?

Here are a few ideas behind beliefs:

• I am a genius and I use my wisdom daily
• I believe in myself and my potential
• I have everything it takes to grow my business today
• I deserve to have a thriving business
• I deserve to have freedom and peace of mind

2. Why do you want to achieve your goals?

Alright, so this is something that has been outlined MANY times in MANY different books, Cd’s, workshops, and presentations.

You’ve got to know your WHY. What is your HUGE and compelling why?

It’s always great to be reminded why you want to grow your business because that “why” will help you on the days you just don’t feel like doing it. On the days you get rejected. On the days people tell you NO. On the days you find yourself being lazy. That is why your why is so critically important.

By the way, your why most be larger that just yourself. AND should not just be about money! Really think about the deep seeded reason why you want to grow your business. Focus on that, and it will propel you through to success.

Here are a few examples of a why:

• For your family
• For a better lifestyle and freedom
• For being apart of something that gives you purpose and meaning
• For fulfilling your life vision

3. What are the new habits you must create on a daily basis?

We all have bad habits that we wish we didn’t do right?

For example, one of mine is surfing the Internet. Sometimes I get caught up watching YouTube videos that have no impact on my business and life what so ever. And sometimes I get caught up watching the UFC highlights. OK, so that doesn’t really help me create my life vision….but it is TOTAL escapism.

One of the books I am currently reading is Stephen R. Covey’s, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Right now there are things you’re doing in your life that may not be benefiting you.

What are the habits you’ve created from the minute you wake up until you minute you fall asleep? Use the Law of Comparison here just as in number 1. Compare your habits to someone who is earning the income you want to be earning. Compare your habits to someone who has the free time and lifestyle you want to be living.

Is there a difference?

If so, then figure out what’s working and what isn’t in your life. Watching TV for two hours a day isn’t going to grow your business. Determine the habits you need and make it a habitual way of living.

4. What are your strengths?

What do you do that you’re just NATURALLY good at? What are your unique abilities and core strengths?

If you’re involved in network marketing or own a small business, hire or invite people on your team who will strengthen your weaknesses.

That’s the BEAUTY of teamwork. You don’t have to be good at everything! In fact, you can completely SUCK at online marketing or researching and have a successful business. Why?

Because you invite people to come onto your team who ARE great at what you suck at. That’s the mindset aspect. Focus on strengthing what you are naturally great at, and managing what you aren’t. Invite people onto your team who play at things you have to work at.

Here are a few examples of strengths you may have:

• Persistence
• Online Marketing
• Leadership Skills
• Dynamic Presenter
• Excellent Imagination

5. What help do you need to accomplish your goals?

The faster you recognize this, the faster you will achieve success in your business.

What is one of the most annoying things in the WORLD? A know it all. Nobody likes a know it all. So ask really good questions and get help when you need it.

I am willing to ask ANYONE around the world for solutions to my answers. I’ve been blessed to have been mentored by so many people because of my willingness to recognize when I needed help.

Someone in the word has created and achieved what you want to do, it’s best to follow their path of success.

PS: Which is your favorite out of the 5 that you liked the most?

At the beginning of every year what do most of us do? Set one or two New Years resolutions that we PROMISE we will stick to NO MATTER WHAT! Your going to get into the BEST shape of your life, or earn more money that you ever have before.

How long does that usually last? Within days, weeks, over just over a month we find ourselves in the old habits again of doing the EXACT same things. Sound familiar?

When I first began studying Universal Principles, brain research, and mindset I was extremely intrigued how the majority of people continue to get the same results in their lives.

What we are really understanding is the difference between the conscious mind versus our non-conscious mind.

Here is why New Years Resolutions Do Not Work….

To sum it ALL up in two words, Will Power. This simply does not work. In order to achieve our New Years Resolutions we have to use will power and our conscious effort.

This is why you can have a goal to lose weight, and four days after making that decision your wondering how you ended back on the coach eating cheesy puffs.

Seriously, this is NOT the power center of your brains.

The power center is really the non-conscious mind. That’s the part of our mind that is the “CEO” of our perceptions, behaviors, and habits.

In order for your New Years Resolutions to work, you MUST create a habit that corresponds with those new goals. During this times you still have to use Will Power, but once it is ingrained as a habit, you’re set.

What exactly does the non-conscious mind do?

• Controls 96-98% of our perceptions and behaviors
• Averages 400 billion actions per second
• Sees in patterns and images
• Cannot tell truth from lie
• Cannot tell real from imagined
• Impulses travel at more than 100,000 MPH

Pretty sweet huh? When you learn to FULLY utilize your brain, you’ll have no problem achieving all your New Years Resolutions.

Repetition is the mother of learning. Set your sights on what you want to achieve as your New Years Goals and continue to make them happen for 30 days. It takes about 3-4 weeks for a habit to form.

Life is a funny thing. Just when you start getting comfortable with it something happens that makes you realize there are so many levels and depth to life.

I’ve read a lot over the years about people being able to have a mindset shift within seconds. I always believed in this but never really understood how people achieved it.

After visiting an intuitive coach last week I FINALLY experienced it first hand.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, the teacher will appear when the student is ready. This holds true for everything in your life from relationships to finances. There are AMAZING experiences out there waiting for you but until you’re mentally ready you’re going to be waiting to experience them.

Over the years I have done TONS of mental work. Lots of visualization, affirmations, meditation, improved self talk, and reclaimed a high level of confidence and certainty in myself. I’ve also been fortunate to work in different ways with energy to clear out or transfer experiences in my past that may have been holding me back in life. This process started about four years ago.

Since then I’ve always wondered how people can have spontaneous remission. How people have a dramatic emotional experience in which they knew to their CORE that it SHIFTED their mindset and ultimately life.

I have always believed there is so much more to this world than what we can physically see. I’ve found through a lot of the personal growth teachings I was able to positively change myself but I was still missing something. I used to stare up at the sky at night wondering what else is out there. I was looking for a connection to understand what everything is all about.

Well now I finally got it! The Universe has strange and mysterious ways in which it works. Sometimes synchronises will happen that you CANNOT logically explain. When these things happen just go with the flow – you’ll be AMAZED where they take you.

In my case it led me to an intuitive coach that I had no intention on going to see. My girlfriend kept telling me I need to see her but I kept pushing it back. Eventually I caved in and said book me an appointment.

Deep down inside it was something I knew I needed to do but couldn’t explain why. These are the times to go with the flow without an expectation to an outcome.

So that’s what I did.

I went into that coaching session totally present without an expectation to what I would receive from it. I felt that’s what I needed to FULLY find out why I was supposed to be there.

The experience was AMAZING to say the least. I left that coaching session with a complete renewed faith in the FACT there is such deep and rich levels to life that are hard to describe in words.

From this experience I can tell you TRUTHFULLY that we all have the ability to change within only a few seconds or minutes. Everything has to line up though and you’ll feel when the time is right. I left that experience not only having a TOTAL mindset shift but also a shift in my habitual ways of behaving. I’ve noticed my entire outlook on life has shifted, my awareness has increased, and I feel a much stronger sense of intuition.

I know the only reason this all happend because the timing was right.

You’ll reach a point in your life when thigns will just ” click”. Your life will start to make sense. I’ve also found that from that  moment it will start to have an on effect EVERY area of your life in a positive way. Be patient and don’t “wait” for it. Continute to live your life while constantly growing as a person and not only will you find it……it will surely find you.

How you speak to yourself everyday is a critically important part of your life. With having over 60,000 thoughts a day, most of your self-talk is derived from unconscious  thinking. The way you speak to yourself is going to determine how you feel in that moment. In turn, that will create the emotion for actions you will take that will ultimately lead to your life results. The most important aspect is to determine whether your self-talk is empowering or disempowering.

Statistics show that the average persons thought process is over 80% negative in nature. Not the mention the vast majority of self talk is primarily about themselves. Scary to think about huh?! The great news is that you can change. The have the ability to change your self-talk, change your thinking, and ultimately change your life.

I personally have experienced the metamorphosis of changing my self-talk. Having been thinking in a negative sense for the majority of my life I knew I needed a change. After altering my self-talk I started feeling like a different person, full of life and energy. I believe it’s such an important aspect of personal growth that’s why I’m sharing some awareness.

Here are a few simple examples of negative self-talk.

• I’m not good enough
• My business idea will never succeed
• I don’t have the time
• I am not smart enough
• I can’t because I don’t have enough money
• man, I’m such an idiot

On the flip side, here are a few examples of positive self talk.

• I am a genius
• I have the confidence to achieve my goals
• I know I appreciate myself
• I feel great about myself
• I have everything it takes to accomplish my business goals
• I am brilliant and motivated
• How can I earn more money?

There are many ways to change negative self-talk. written and recorded affirmations are powerful as well as visualization techniques and subliminal technology. The simple approach that you can apply today is to begin to monitor your negative self-talk with conscious awareness.  Catch yourself in the moment thinking a negative thought and then switch over to thinking an empowering positive thought. Repeat that positive thought out loud or in your head over and over until you feel filled with energy and excitement! Over time not only will you feel better about yourself, but other people around you will begin to feel and see the positive change in you.
