I’m not all saying that this industry is easy….because it is not. It’s is simple though. If you want more out of your life and your WILLING to do something about it, amazing things will happen in your life.

Here’s something to think about. You wouldn’t have the desire unless you had the ability to achieve it.

Have you ever set goals before? If you have, did you accomplish them in the time frame you gave yourself?

Goal setting is a VERY powerful way to set your intention with the things you want to accomplish, achieve, and become in every area of your life!

I personally have been setting goals for the past five years. Through great mentor-ships I’ve developed a process that is extremely effective for crunching down long-term goals to daily actions items. This has helped me map the gap from where I am to where I want to be over the next 12 months.

Here are a few KEY points to remember when setting your goals!

• Base your goals on what you Want, not what you THINK you can achieve!
• Focus on your What, Why, and THEN your How
• Take a self evaluation in every area of your life on a scale of 1-10 and explain. This is not meant to make you feel bad!
• Determine your Long-Term Goals (3-5 years)
• Determine your Short-Term Goals (1 year)
• Find three main goals during for the next 12 months in the areas of finance, career, spirituality, mental health, physical health, relationships, and contribution.
• Then crunch everything down to 30,60,90 day action items. These are specific actions items that will move you towards your 1 year goals.
